Extra Thick Garbage Bags

Extra thick garbage bags are developed for large-capacity waste collection rather than ordinary household bin use. They are suitable for residential property cleaning, street sanitation, shopping centers, factories and construction sites.

These environments often require bags to hold larger or heavier waste. Cleaning staff may need to collect mixed public-area rubbish, food waste, branches, packaging materials or construction-related debris. A larger bag can reduce the number of bag changes and improve the efficiency of centralized waste transfer.

The product is designed for use with public waste bins, property-cleaning carts, industrial cleaning areas and other high-volume collection points.

The bag uses an extra-large, thickened structure. Its load-bearing and tear-resistant performance is intended for waste that is heavier or more difficult to handle than ordinary household rubbish.

Puncture resistance helps reduce damage from branches, packaging edges and mixed debris. Water-leak resistance is useful when the waste contains food residue, moisture or liquid. These characteristics can help reduce the secondary cleaning caused by torn bags or leaking waste.

The material is also described as resistant to aging and not easy to break. This makes the product suitable for outdoor or long-term sanitation applications where the bags may be exposed to more demanding handling conditions.

The factory has a 20,000-square-meter modern workshop. Its production process includes film blowing, bag making, cutting, packaging and finished-product inspection.

Large and small film-blowing equipment can support regular specifications, bulk orders and different customized product requirements. This production structure is especially relevant for sanitation bags because larger specifications require stable material forming and bag-making processes.

The minimum order quantity is 3 tons, approximately 200 cartons. OEM and ODM services are available, and the factory can also manufacture according to drawings or physical prototypes.

Standard products are generally produced within 15 working days. Customized products normally require 15–20 working days. Repeat-order lead times may be shorter.

Production photos or videos can be provided upon request. This allows buyers to follow the order and review progress before shipment.

Packaging can be arranged with an inner sales package, an outer transport carton and customized carton marks. These options support warehouse identification, logistics handling and distribution to different projects or cleaning locations.
