The company operates a modern, intelligent production facility spanning 20,000 square meters, designed in strict accordance with food-grade production standards. It integrates raw material storage, automated molding, slitting and packaging, and finished product inspection into a unified operation. The facility utilizes fully digitized production lines, enabling closed-loop control from raw material input to the final product stage, thereby ensuring efficient, stable, and traceable production.
Guided by the core philosophy of "Lean Intelligent Manufacturing," the production lines cover the entire manufacturing process - including casting, slitting, film blowing, bag making, drawstring insertion, and specialized ice pack production. Key equipment includes a large-scale casting unit, eight cling film slitting systems, over 40 intelligent bag-making units (including 16 fully automated drawstring-insertion lines from Taiwan), 40 sets of large and small film-blowing machines, and five units of patented specialized ice pack equipment. Through the synergy of equipment clusters and coordinated processes, the factory can rapidly fulfill high-volume orders while flexibly accommodating requests for customized and multi-specification products. In the realm of cling film production, the company operates a large-scale casting unit for the precision forming of base film, ensuring uniform thickness and high transparency. This is complemented by eight slitting systems capable of cutting rolls to various widths and lengths based on customer requirements, thereby accommodating diverse packaging specifications.
For bag manufacturing, the company utilizes over 40 intelligent bag-making units capable of efficiently producing a full range of products, including T-shirt bags, flat bags, and garbage bags. A standout feature is the introduction of 16 fully automated drawstring production lines from Taiwan; these highly automated systems integrate drawstring insertion, heat sealing, and punching into a single process. The resulting drawstring garbage bags consistently achieve a tensile strength exceeding 50N - far surpassing industry standards - thereby significantly enhancing load-bearing capacity and user experience.
Regarding film blowing, the company operates a combined fleet of 40 large and small units, creating a production setup that balances "large-scale mass production" with "small-unit flexibility."
